Pre-order
Pre-order pieces are reserved before their planned release. The product page provides the current estimated shipping window, which may change if production timing shifts.
Made to order and special order
Production begins after the order is confirmed. Timing depends on material availability, approvals, quantity and finishing.
Custom and project orders
Development, sampling, approvals and phased delivery are scheduled separately. A written project timeline will govern these orders.
