Return eligibility
Return eligibility depends on the product and how it was produced. Contact us before sending any item back.
Eligible returns
Eligible ready-to-ship items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags, packaging and components. Return authorization is required before shipment.
Made-to-order and bespoke pieces
Made-to-order, bespoke and customized items may be returned only with prior approval. Depending on the circumstances, we reserve the right to issue store credit in lieu of a refund.
Wallpaper and wallcoverings
Partial wallpaper runs are not returnable. Material that has been cut, installed or otherwise altered cannot be returned. Inspect all rolls before cutting or installation and contact us promptly if an order is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Fabric and cut yardage
Cut fabric and cut yardage are not returnable unless the material supplied is damaged, defective or incorrect. Inspect the material before cutting, washing or fabrication.
Request a return
Contact orders@fynchie.com with the order number, item and reason for the request. Do not send a return until instructions have been provided.
