What types of products does FYNCHIE offer?

We specialize in luxury wallpapers, murals, fabrics, and other surface design goods. Our collections are inspired by global design traditions and crafted for both residential and commercial spaces.

Do you offer samples?

Yes. Samples will be available for most wallpaper and fabric designs. During our soft launch, sample availability may be limited—please email Hello@Fynchie.com if you need assistance ordering samples.

How are your wallpapers produced?

Our wallpapers are professionally printed to order using high-quality, sustainable materials. Options may include both traditional and peel-and-stick formats depending on the design.

Can I customize a design?

Customization requests (such as color or scale changes) may be possible on select designs. Please contact us at Hello@Fynchie.com with your project details.

What are the shipping options?

We currently ship within the United States and to select international locations. Shipping times vary depending on product type and destination. Estimated lead times will be provided at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship to many international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to arrange a custom order.

How long will my order take?

Most wallpaper and fabric orders are made to order and typically ship within 1–3 weeks. During peak times, production may take longer. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

What is your return policy?

Because our products are custom printed to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error. Please contact us immediately if you experience an issue with your order.

Are your designs original?

Yes. All FYNCHIE designs are original works created in-house. They are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction, printing, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

How do I care for my wallpaper or fabric?

Care instructions vary by product type. Peel-and-stick wallpaper can be wiped gently with a damp cloth. Traditional wallpapers and fabrics may require more delicate handling. Detailed instructions will be included with your order.

Do you work with the trade?

Can I license FYNCHIE designs?
