FYNCHIE works with interior designers, architects, specifiers, purchasing teams, developers and hospitality groups on residential and commercial projects. Our role is simple: to make selection, specification and production feel clear, responsive and considered.
WHO WE WORK WITH
Our Trade & Hospitality program supports residential studios, architecture firms, hotels, restaurants, private clubs, boutique retail, developers and other design-led projects.
Selected designs may be adapted through color studies, scale adjustments or bespoke pattern development. Availability, minimums and timing depend on the material, production method and project scope.
We can help review material suitability, dimensions, repeats, installation considerations and available performance information for commercial applications.
Project sampling may include wallpaper, fabric or finish references so teams can evaluate color, texture, scale and performance before specification.
Approved accounts may receive trade pricing and project-specific quotations. Volume terms are assessed according to product, quantity, customization and production requirements.
We assist with quantity planning, repeat calculations, panel layouts, phased ordering, lead-time coordination and communication through production.
For hotels, restaurants, clubs and destination-led spaces, services may include custom palettes, pattern development, commercial specification review, mock-up sampling, volume production and project coordination.
